Not Your Mama’s Fudge is located inside of Candy Carousel in Lake Isabella, California. This is a family owned business and run by Paul and Wendy Crimmins and their 4 children.


The primary fudge master is Wendy and Paul is the “Official” taste tester.
Wendy has been making fudge for several years in the store and decided to market it outside of just Candy Carousel.  Now everyone can have this local, hometown favorite right in their own home.
While we make all the basic fudge flavors, our other flavors are uniquely delicious. Some daring and tempting.

   

Fun Fudge Fact

One of the first documentations of fudge is found in a letter written by Laura Elizabeth Simmonds, an ex-student at Malmesbury School in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. She wrote that her schoolmate's cousin made fudge in Baltimore, Maryland in 1886 and sold it for 40 cents a pound.
